The Pula Golf Resort is probably best known for hosting the PGA European Tour. The course was founded in 1995 and was completely redesigned by José María Olazábal between 2004 and 2006.
It is an impressive par-72 course, where 14 holes give you a direct view of the green from the tee, and the remaining 4 from the 2nd stroke.
No two holes are alike. Water hazards, two lakes and a river, will be a feature of your round if you don’t hit straight.
Pula Golf has a large Driving-Range on two levels, one of which is covered, and two putting-greens. There's also a short-game area, which comprises of 3 pitching greens and a large chipping-green from which you can practice any type of shot.
The Pula Golf Resort comprises of a charming hotel, renovated from a farmhouse dating back to 1581, which also serves as a delightful clubhouse.
With some challenging par-5 holes, Pula is a good test of golf, although an 18 handicapper can still produce a respectable card.

The course is walkable if fit, although there is one hill of note. Buggies are allowed on the fairways, weather permitting.
